AWS bills you directly through your AWS account. The current rate is $0.10 per 1,000 emails sent. We never see your AWS card and we never mark up sending.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in Settings → Billing. You keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees.
Is there a refund policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first Pro payment. Contact support within 14 days to request a full refund.
What happens if I hit the Free plan campaign limit?
On the Free plan you can send 1 campaign per month. Once you hit that limit, upgrade to Pro for unlimited campaigns — or wait for the next month.
